Refunds and Cancellations

If you decide to cancel the commission within 7 days of making the initial deposit, you will be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit, minus any non-recoverable expenses incurred by the artist up to that point such as materials and time.

 

Due to the nature of our products being custom/commissioned art and prints, after any work has been started by the artist, the deposit will be non-refundable, as it compensates the artist for their time and effort.

 

Exchanges

There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES and all sales are final.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
